Meet Ricky Sood — Founder & President

The Lending Mamba was founded by Ricky Sood, whose journey reflects dedication, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping others. Raised in a close-knit family, Ricky learned the importance of honesty, hard work, and treating every individual with respect. These values became the foundation of both his personal life and professional career.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from California State University, Long Beach, Ricky realized his true calling was in finance and real estate. He obtained his Real Estate License and pursued a career in mortgage lending with one goal—to simplify the home financing experience while always putting clients first.

Today, his leadership continues to shape The Lending Mamba into a trusted mortgage brokerage recognized for exceptional service, transparent advice, and lasting client relationships.
